If I could give 0 stars here, I would. We were on a road trip and arrived to this particular Sams Cub with 2 min to closing. They would not allow us to go in to buy baby formula even though we explained it was urgent and technically we still had 2 min. In fact we had 3 employees yelling at us telling us they were closed. One employee in particular, Kayla was very aggressive and acted like we were doing something illegal!! The lady at the door was very sweet and tried to get the manager on duty to allow us to buy it using scan and go, but manager still said no. Needless to say it was unnecessary aggression and bad customer service....

I shop at Sam's all the time, the young gentlemen at customer service was very rude. I had to return a watermelon because it was bad, I told him I haven't got a good one yet. His response was why do I keep buying them. I replied, I love watermelon and I will keep trying until I get a good one. What a terrible response. Then he was trying to scan my receipt and said I keep moving. I told him I didn't have ESP, I didn't know he was trying to scan it. Just an overall smart ass. I will never go to him again. He's in customer service and should treat customer better.

I was in yesterday and just wanted to comment on how incredibly busy it was at the food court area. Only one employee was stationed at the food court, while I believe the other was on her break for some time around 520 pm or so. Let me tell you that the young lady working was really busting her butt and still was pleasant at the register. I've never seen it so busy. We commented that we both wanted to jump behind the counter and help her. Please give her a kudos. You are very fortunate to have employees like this. When it's extremely busy like this too, maybe a manager can temporarily get them a little help with clean up or whatever else needs done. I don't know how she was doing it alone and still being positive. Also, the pizza was fantastic and the young man that brought our items out for curbside pickup was very pleasant. Well done Sam's Club.

I was happy to find some of the blood red orange juice freshly squeezed available. But when I brought it home and tried it, there was literally no pulp in it at all, & it seemed to be watered down. I won't be getting that again.

I love Sam's but they delivered at 7:40pm Dec 8 instead of shipped items as we asked to our small business, which was closed for the day, so they left a Bluetooth speaker outside overnight, and this is the 3rd time they delivered instead of shipped.
